Sagewill Beach House is located on the shores of one of the best Prince Edward Island's beaches. The Singing Sands - Basin Head"is miles of pristine white sand dunes and swimming beach. As the miles of beach heading east unfolds it comes to an opening where the dunes have been separated and the ocean has come in and made the inlet called South Lake. Sagewill is at the mouth of the opening of South Lake.

The house has many features inside and out like the tennis court and outdoor shower. The house is secluded yet close to amenities; it is about 15 minutes from the seaside town called Souris. There is a fresh seafood store down the road and of course you can always stop at the harbours that are close to the house and get your fresh lobsters.

East Point which is the eastern end of the island is minutes from the house and as you travel around the tip you will come to North Lake Harbour which is called the "Tuna Capital of the World". Deepsea fishing is available at the wharf and there is a great family restaurant called "Sandstone" available for island cuisine.
