Panmure Haven cottage is a charming restored farmhouse nestled on ten acres less than 1 km from Panmure Island Beach and Provincial Park. It is located on the Points East Coastal Drive 15 minutes from the beautiful town of Montague where you will find all amenities. Picturesque Murray Harbour is also nearby. Charlottetown is 45 minutes away and the Wood Island ferry is within 25 minutes.
Panmure Island is joined to the mainland by a causeway that creates a unique waterfront area with a sheltered red sand beach on one side and white sand beaches and dunes on the ocean side. The waters are great for swimming to make your beach days long and memorable. Also, the beach is a provincial park, there are lifeguards on duty for your safety throughout July and August. At the end of the beach stands Panmure Island lighthouse, the oldest wooden lighthouse on PEI. You can take a tour through its five stories and get a memento of your stay from the gift shop. The view from the top is incredible!
If you've come to PEI for golf, you are in paradise! The island has some 32 courses for you to enjoy. Brudenell and Dundarave golf courses are within 25 minutes and the Links at Crowbush Cove only 45 minutes. You can also enjoy lighthouse tours, sightseeing, museums, theater, fine dining, deep-sea fishing, seal and bird watching, beach combing and great swimming. Bikes or kayaks can be rented nearby if you prefer to travel under your own power.

for. In season, pick up fresh seafood from the nearby wharfs and produce from local farms and discover your inner gourmet. You can also barbeque or cook your lobsters on the deck.
